TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. You will receive a shipping email confirmation when your package ships. You will be responsible for package once shipped.

2.  Once your order ships it may take anywhere from 2-4 days to receive your package depending on your local USPS office. Athletic Protein, LLC is not responsible for delays cause by USPS

3. Free Shipping on orders over $110 after all discounts, gift cards and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion. Free Shipping valid only with special codes.

4. All our sales are final, we cannot offer a refund due to the fact that our protein baked goods are perishable items, they cannot be returned either.

5. If you have any medical conditions that prevent/minimize consumption of protein or nuts, please consult with your medical doctor.

6. Our goal is that every customer fall in love with our products, but we understand that doesn’t happen with everyone. If you don’t like our baked goods due to personal taste preference, we cannot offer a refund.

7. Athletic Protein has the right to cancel any order and give you a refund if we feel we can’t fulfill your order.

8. Athletic Protein, LLC is not responsible for damaged items during transit. Athletic Protein, LLC have no control over boxes once they leave our facility.

9. Please note nationwide orders may take up to 12-20 business days to dispatch. If you need your order to arrive before a certain date, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.
